Frequently Asked Questions

We know choosing skincare for sensitive skin isn’t always easy, so we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions about our products, ingredients, and service.

At About You Beauty, we are dedicated to gentle, effective formulations made with care for sensitive, maturing skin.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our entire range is formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Every ingredient is carefully measured and tested to ensure minimal chance of irritation while still delivering visible results.

Do your products work for normal skin as well?
They do. While we specialise in reducing sensitivity and flare-ups, people with normal skin also enjoy the nourishing, age-defying benefits.

Where do your ingredients come from?
We source responsibly from trusted suppliers worldwide, prioritising organic and cosmos approved sustainable options wherever possible. Transparency and safety are at the heart of our brand.

How long until I see results?
Most customers notice improvements in hydration and comfort within 2–3 weeks of regular use. Long-term results, such as improved texture and radiance, build with consistent use over 8–12 weeks.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable, refill-ready, and sustainably sourced packaging. Our goal is to reduce environmental impact without compromising on elegance.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We ship fast—usually within 24–48 hours. NZ orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days, and international orders within 7–14 business days depending on the location.

Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes. All prices on About You Beauty include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax). The price you see is the final amount you’ll pay at checkout with no hidden fees.

Do you test on animals?
Never. Our products are cruelty-free and are not tested on animals at any stage of development.

Where are your products made?
All formulations are developed and produced in New Zealand, under controlled conditions that ensure potency, stability, and consistency in every unit.
