All products are handcrafted in New Zealand using high-quality ingredients. While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete. All product use is at your own risk and should follow recommended usage instructions. We recommend patch testing prior to full use.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock limitations. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
4. Returns Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email: skincare@aboutyoubeauty.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges on any skincare products. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose. We do not do exchanges
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. About You Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs for international orders. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We collect and store your information only for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with you, and improving our service.
